changes in the spring

So, this is one of the illustrations i made for Sheridan's animation yearbook a few weeks back. I wanted to wait until the book came out till i posted it, so it'd be fresh for everyone seeing it in print. As far as i know, most everybody's got their copy or will have it within the next two or three days, so here it is. If you don't have your own copy, try to take a look at the book anyway, it's definitely worth it. I flipped through it yesterday and there was a ton of great work inside.
Also of note, the rumor is that i passed all my classes and got my film taken care of, so i guess that officially makes me a graduate. Oh, and it's my 25th birthday too. Talk about lots going on! So if you're in the Oakville area and you're curious to check out the film, come on out to Sheridan on Wednesday the 25th and see The Lighthouse premiere along with a ton of other really, really great films. It's an open screening for whoever's interested, as far as I know.

I have something for you, birthday boy :) I'll give it to you when I see you next, eh?
Don't usually post, being your Mom and all, but I can’t help myself today. Happy Birthday to my Graduate son and oh yah I forgot to tell you, when I see you tomorrow I have one huge surprise for you. I know you hate it when I tease you with a big surprise but you know me, I just have to. You see, after 6 years at school and finishing with great marks I wanted to give you a really memorable graduation gift, and when you see it tomorrow I know you are going to love it.
P.S. Love the picture of you at your desk.
Until tomorrow..... hummmmm......
Love Mom!
Where to begin?...well, happy 25th birthday! (you can legally rent a car now. Yay!) And best of luck to you in the working world! I'm sure your work will speak for itself, and you'll be shining in no time. Congratulations, and take care!
Hey Sam,
Happy 25th Birthday! Congrats on making it though as well! I am looking forward to seeing "The Lighthouse", so I hope to see you at the screening.
This is funny, I like it.
